What’s New
The Automatic enrollment tab on the Utility Connect page now does what its
name says. Owners and admins can turn on a standing rule that refers contacts
to the Utility Connect concierge team the moment your CRM data says they’re
moving — no button clicks required.
Features
- Three triggers — fire when a chosen tag is added to a contact, when
a contact moves into a chosen stage, or when a contract moves into a
chosen contract stage (every contact on the contract is referred). - One standing confirmation — enabling the rule records a single
enrollment confirmation in your name, and every referral the rule fires
cites it. Turning the rule off and back on asks you to confirm again. - Never double-sends — contacts already referred in the last 30 days are
skipped automatically, so re-applying a tag can’t create a second referral. - “Triggered but not sent” counts — the tab shows how many matches were
skipped in the last 30 days and why (missing phone, missing address, or
already referred), so you can fix the contact record and refer manually. - Account-wide rules — an enterprise-level rule applies to every branch;
any branch can save its own rule to override it.
Notes
- The contact’s own address on file is sent as their move-in address, and a
contract’s scheduled closing date is sent as the expected move-in date when
the contract trigger fires. - Automatic referrals are delivered in the background at a deliberate pace,
one contact at a time. - Configuring the rule is available to owners and admins on accounts that
have opted in to Utility Connect.
